2025, HERE WE COME!
Come along after kids drop off at 8:45am on Friday mornings.
It is a 90min practice so we have enough time to get through various challenges on the mat!

**108 SUN SALUTATION GOOD BYE 2021**
Interested in practicing 108 sun salutation to end this crazy 2021? Sun Salutation is an easy sequence of yoga asanas with wonderful breath work. 108 is an auspicious number in yoga and in fact in many eastern philosophy. I'd like to offer this space for whoever wants to join in to feel good, cleanse the body and the mind to welcome 2022. PM pls!
Grosvenor Pub in West Ealing 6:30pm £10 to cover the cost.
