What leads a coach to become a coach supervisor?

In this conversation with Andrea Matuz, ICCS graduate Melissa Janse van Rensburg shares how her journey into coaching supervision unfolded – from an early career in branding and marketing to supporting coaches in deepening their reflective practice.
