Look after your mind and your body, the job will come.

Looking for a job is time consuming, boring, exhausting and mentally trying.

We often feel stuck - because it’s emotionally draining, scary and somehow along the way, we have lost confidence.
Setting personal routines can be a life saver, we call this “Me time”.

It will help you navigate the rough patches, tackle difficulties constructively, and keep positivity trickling in.

Check out some game-changing habits for your job-search adventure and take time off from the job search to lift up your mood:

⛹️‍♀️ Get moving - no need to go to the gym. Just get out.
☕ Prioritize self-care - a bath, a coffee with a friend - you name it.
🥬 Eat healthily. No need for excess but be conscious of feeding your body the right way.
🍷 Easy on drinks. Yes, have a glass of wine to unwind. No need for the whole bottle!
🎉 Have fun. Go out, dance, sing. Switch off.

If you are currently without a job – the temptation to plunge into job hunting all day might be strong, but trust us, that's not a recipe for success.

Here's the deal: limit your job search to around 4/5 hours a day, max. Then make the most of the day. It's your chance to recharge, both mentally and emotionally.

Think of it as your ticket to dive into things you never usually have time for.

For those juggling work and the job search, we know it's a puzzle. But “Me Time” isn't up for negotiation—it's the fuel to keep your motivation going. Plus, it ensures that the job hunt doesn't morph into a burden or a chore.
