After visiting the ancient Buddhas in a Sri Lankan cave temple last week. I'm back at the weekend and so excited to start my new weekly vinyasa flow class at the light Centre belgravia on Friday 28th October 5.30-6.30pm. Expect a specific physical focus to really understand key elements of the postures always integrated with spiritual philipsohy and intention. Can't wait to begin a very beautiful journey of yoga together 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
