‼️BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU COMING TO CRAYFORD‼️

We are excited to announce that ESG will be coming to Crayford starting on the 12th of August! If you’re looking to meet new people, learn self defence or even just to get in shape come down and train with us 💪🏽 This is suited for beginners up to advanced so regardless of your grappling experience or your fitness level this is for you!

We will have 3 evening classes per week to start with on Monday, Tuesday & Friday 7:00-8:30pm.

If you’re looking to train with us just send us a DM and we can get you booked in.

Location - Crayford Weights, Unit 3 Retail Park, 3-5 Tower Park Rd, Dartford DA1 4LB.

‼️ADCC RULES SEMINAR‼️ We will be hosting an ADCC rules seminar led by on June 2nd ! Anyone attending this seminar will receive a C class referee certificate which means you could be a referee at ADCC events! This is a great chance to learn the ADCC rules 100% even if you didn’t want to ref in the future it’s a great opportunity to know the rules if you compete under this ruleset. If you’re interested in coming down just send us a DM and we will book you in! Limited to 15 people so first come first serve!

Another good outing from the team coming back with 3 golds & 1 bronze! Proud of the team regardless of wins or losses they always turn up and put on a show 🔥 so many more ADCC opens coming up for the squad this year so keep an eye out 👀

Incredible weekend for the team ! We took 10 competitors for the trip coming back with 7 gold & 2 silver medals with 5 of the golds being in the pro division 🔥 amazing effort by the whole team regardless if you won or not they all showed heart 💪🏽 looking forward to our next ADCC outing as a team I’m sure the results won’t be much different 😎💨

Great results for the team last weekend we had 4 athletes compete and won 3/4 by submission with one loss by close decision! The team just keeps getting better and better and we can’t wait to see what the future holds 🔥
