Your partner has expectations. Your boss has expectations. Your kids expect from you to be strong and so on... The list is long.
Every single person from your environment has the expectation from you to be strong, smart, understanding, happy, smiley. But you are a human being and is NORMAL to have moments when you feel vulnerable.
Don't put more pressure on yourself in this moments.

The piece is coming back Home only when you have closure and you make peace with yourself.
