ChangeSchool LDN is a London-based executive education institution, founded at King's College London in 2012 on a simple principle: elite education, applied for the benefit of everyone. Since then, we have delivered programmes to 6,900 leaders and entrepreneurs across 39 countries, working with faculty from the UK's top management schools, including London Business School, Cambridge Judge Business School and Cranfield. Our work has twice been recognised with the EFMD Excellence in Practice Silver Award (2023, 2025) - we are the only non-university to hold the 2025 EFMD and Merit awards - and our executive programmes consistently achieve a Net Promoter Score of +85, well above the industry's "excellent" benchmark. What does it mean to think well alongside a machine that thinks differently from you?

This was one of the key questions explored at Executive Offsite Vol. 1 in Yerevan, where ChangeSchool joined staff.am as Content Partner, bringing together around 45 CEOs, founders and senior business leaders.

Our Managing Director, Viren Lall, opened the afternoon with a fireside conversation with Ralph Yirikian, CEO of Ucom, on leadership, AI and the changing nature of judgment.

Three ideas stood out:

The committee works on three fronts: mapping technical and managerial skills gaps across the region, building AI and digital capability inside member organisations, and connecting regional talent with growth opportunities across Europe.

Her work spans EU-funded programmes, cooperation with international donors and government institutions, and the management of 50+ corporate partnerships, with a consistent focus on communication that drives measurable business outcomes, not just visibility.

At ChangeSchool LDN, she leads market development and corporate relations in Georgia, overseeing executive education programmes in leadership, communication, AI, and organisational transformation.
