Couple of tips here on how to make your escape easier when attacker strangles you from behind.
Tip nr one;
Shrug your shoulders and move your head forward, that will weaken the grip.
Tip nr 2;
Open with hooks near attackers thumbs on an inside of his wrists.
We cover this subject more in detail on our app. There few variations of strangulations and various methods of escapes and counterattacks. Keep fit and stay safe.

Warm up routine. It is fun, good for mobility and improves general fitness. Just do it 🙂🤙
Targets to go after when attacked from behind are groin and head. So starting with palm to the groin or elbow to the head are good options to make attacker move away, which will give us room to run away or turn to face him. Stay safe and keep fit guys!!!
