La Cucina Caldesi has locations in London, Gerrard's Cross and Bray on Thames and boasts a vast range of Italian cookery courses from basic pasta making to regional specialties from smoking and sausage making to healthy eating. We also have a private dining space in Marylebone that caters for up to 24 people.

Spice up your sprouts Stefano style this Christmas! Steamed then quartered and into a pan with garlic, chilli, seasoning and lots of good quality extra virgin olive oil of course. We guarantee you’ll convert even the most vehement Brussel sprout-haters!

Stefano our Head Cookery Teacher is very excited about the potatoes from the potato man in Marylebone farmers’ market (as you can see!). He just loves teaching our course participants how to source the finest locally grown seasonal ingredients ready for Christmas.

Our Sunday Market Kitchen course always goes down well and this was no exception. Believe us once you’ve had sprouts the Italian way, you’ll never go back!
