What brought them together was a common goal: improving their communication and presentation skills. We can confidently say that goal was achieved.

The nerves at the beginning were real, and understandably so. Walking into a room of people you don’t know, unsure of what to expect, takes courage in itself. Our job was to create a psychologically safe space while pushing people when they needed to be pushed, and that balance made all the difference.

By the time we reached the final speeches, the transformation was remarkable. It’s no understatement to say that at times it felt like watching a TED talk.
