At KCCP all staff are qualified in early years and childcare and are DBS checked every three years. All staff are encouraged to continue further education in childcare and collectively have over 36yrs of childcare experience. The Preschool adheres to statutory requirements and all staff attend safeguarding and paediatric first aid training. The Coordinator supports a dedicated team ensur

At KCCP we are dedicated to each child individual learning and personal growth. Staff work collaboratively to design fun filled and motivated activities that ensure play is a fun path to learning. Lesson Plans at KCCP are a mixture of:
