A glimpse behind the scenes with my wonderful mentee models, Natasha and Elisa, at the Agnes Wade Exclusive Runway Masterclass.

Every model moves differently, learns differently and brings something of their own. My role is to recognise that individuality and guide them with care, honesty and attention to detail. From posture and foot placement to balance, turns and expression, every adjustment has a purpose.

And yes, we laugh along the way! I want my models to feel comfortable asking questions, trying again and enjoying their progress. That trust means so much to me.

Natasha and Elisa, I am so proud of your dedication and willingness to keep learning. Watching you grow in technique and self-belief is one of the greatest joys of being your coach and mentor.

Confidence begins with believing you deserve to be seen and heard. ❤️

Through my Agnes Wade Confidence Academy, I’m using my experience as an international model, runway coach and mentor to help children and teens build confidence, express themselves and feel proud of who they are.

Our sessions are relaxed, encouraging and designed to help children develop confidence, posture, communication and runway presence. These are skills they can carry with them into school, friendships and everyday life.

YOUR WALK HAS PURPOSE. YOUR PRESENCE HAS POWER. ✨

I’m Agnes Wade — international fashion model, runway coach, director and mentor, and founder of the Agnes Wade Exclusive Runway Masterclass.

Through my own journey as a petite model, I have learned what it takes to step into a room, face expectations and keep believing in yourself. My experience on the runways of London, Paris, Milan and New York shapes the guidance I bring into every session.

Today, I use that experience to help others strengthen their technique, recognise their potential and carry themselves with confidence.

These photographs capture the work behind that growth: focused practice, individual corrections, encouragement and the determination to try again.

When you train with me, we work on:

✦ RUNWAY TECHNIQUE — posture, balance, pace, turns, timing, pauses and exits, with attention to the details that shape your walk.

✦ PRESENCE & EXPRESSION — understanding your movement, developing control, posing with intention and connecting with the camera and audience.

✦ PROFESSIONALISM — preparation, runway etiquette, teamwork, presenting garments and responding to direction.

✦ CONFIDENCE & MINDSET — learning to handle nerves, receive feedback and trust yourself through practice.

My four-hour Exclusive Runway Masterclass welcomes beginners and experienced models aged 12+, with a maximum of five participants per group so each person receives focused attention. I also offer private coaching and ongoing model mentoring for those seeking continued guidance and development.

Through my Youth Confidence Academy in Sevenoaks, I support children and young people aged 5–16 in developing self-belief, posture, expression and the courage to participate — skills they can carry into everyday life.

I welcome different heights, backgrounds and starting points. I see the individual in front of me, and I take the responsibility of guiding them seriously.

I will celebrate your progress, challenge you to keep growing and remind you of your potential when you struggle to see it yourself. Bring your commitment, an open mind and a willingness to practise.
