Once an IT researcher, Fereshteh joined the opposition after her sister was tortured and executed by the state. She now works with a local resistance unit of the (PMOI), risking death daily to expose the regime’s brutality and call for international support.

Speaking to The Sun, Fereshteh described Iran as a “ticking time bomb.” She says repression, economic collapse, and a dramatic surge in ex*****ons have pushed society to the brink. “People are angrier than ever. The regime has nothing left but fear, death, and propaganda to survive,” she said.
