I have lots of cousins, and while all of them are amazing in their own way I have one that I always especially looked up to.
She is three years older than me and always seems to have her sh*t together while also juggling an elephant, a social life, family and career.

When I was in my first year of uni I had an assignment to interview a manager. I interviewed my cousin. Although I don't remember everything she said (after all it was quite some time ago I was in uni 🙈) I do remember her saying this (paraphrasing since we spoke Swedish): Even when you feel like you have no idea what you're doing, just go with your gut and approach it like you do know. You know more than you think!

As someone who used to massively undervalue myself, this advice has taken me through years of juggling corporate life in Stockholm and London and my adventure of starting my own business in the Middle East.

So thank you cousin!
