300 AFRICAN WOMEN. 2 WEEKS. REAL AI. REAL PROJECTS.
According to Afrobarometer, 86% of African women surveyed across 52 countries lacked basic AI proficiency. At a time when the world is moving forward, we cannot afford to leave African women behind. So, we’re opening applications for the More Women In Tech Fellowship; a FREE, practical 2-week AI fellowship for 300 African women.
This isn’t just another “learn AI” programme. We want women to build with AI.
Over two weeks, you’ll learn practical Generative AI using tools like:
→ ChatGPT
→ Claude
→ AI video tools
→ AI-powered building tools
Then you’ll put those skills into practice by building something real.
You can build an MVP or product, an AI-powered system or even an internal business workflow. You can build for yourself, your business, your employer or a business you identify.
- You don’t need a tech background.
- You don’t need previous AI experience.
- You don’t need a degree.
You just need to be ready to learn, experiment and build.
Who is it for?
African women aged 18+ who want to develop practical AI skills and actually do something with them.
📅 Applications: Now – October 25, 2026
🗓 Fellowship: November 2 - 13, 2026
💰 Cost: FREE
👩🏾 Spots: 300
If you’ve been curious about AI but don’t know where to start, if you’ve been using ChatGPT but know there’s so much more you could do, if you’ve been wanting to build a product, automate something or solve a real problem with AI, you should join us.
