Still smiling thinking about last night — what an unforgettable (and so successful) Spring Festival Cultural Experience Night! 🥹❤️

A huge **THANK YOU** to everyone who came, listened, made, wrote, painted, sipped, and celebrated with us. Seeing so many friends — especially our international participants — diving into the joy of Chinese New Year culture was genuinely the best part of the night. 🌙🏮

From learning about the stories and traditions behind 春节, to getting hands-on with lantern-making, Chinese calligraphy, traditional painting, and of course ending with a cosy tea tasting session… every corner of the room was full of warmth, curiosity, and laughter. 🎐🖌️🍵

Big love and appreciation to UCL Chinese Tea Society for this amazing collab — thank you for bringing such a beautiful tea experience and the calligraphy making the night feel extra special. 🤝✨

🏮🐼🧧Lantern Festival, as one of the most important traditional festivals after Chinese New Year, is coming this Saturday. To celebrate it, we organized Paper-cutting and Lantern Riddles Workshop.

Time: 23 Feb Friday 16:00-18:00
Location: Lewis Building 206

You will learn about stories regarding Lantern Festival, learn about some traditions (i.e. paper-cutting and lantern riddles), and try out these traditions by yourself. We have prepared all the materials needed. Come and join us to DIY your own paper-cuts! 🤩🤩
