Teaching the teachers today! In a school today to do First Aid at work and AED training! Such an important thing to learn. This school needed to use the defib for real recently so were keen to train all staff in using it.

As a paediatric nurse I am so passionate about first aid training. I believe that everyone should have this invaluable life saving skill and I want to share my knowledge and experience with everyone.

In amongst the toys and the babies, learning a life skill to save a life. You can book a course with your new mum/dad friends and learn together. Knowledge is power.

Always a good rhyme to remember with choking. Loud and red, let them go ahead. Silent and blue, they need help from you.
