16 years in coaching and training. An extra 30 plus years in teaching and course creation. I am not your usual executive coach. Not the power suit type of business woman who sends proposals to companies to get the coaching contract. I get the contracts because my team and I play the game differently.

🥂We go beyond “organisational training” so we attract those organisations who really know their people
🥂We go beyond “leadership skills” so we are able to discover the real leaders from the coaching work we do and create a programme specifically for them
🥂We go beyond “female leadership” and train women in skills which truly build their “Women are from Venus” power based in neuroscience and not a desire to be like a guy leader.
🥂We go beyond the usual coaching skills and frameworks and coach the executives, managers, people on the real life engineering skills that accelerate development, achievement and effectiveness.

My team and I wish you a fantastic, accelerated 2026 filled with achievements 🍾🏎️

Morning vibes from the family farm. How can I not be inspired by this - especially after going MIA for a couple of months.

Life can be quite brutal at times. Still, the sun rises even in darkness and you need to rise with it to keep going. So many more people have it harder than me. So, let's roll!

Three simple ways to make your boss stop babbling on☺️

🍋 Ask them to repeat what they said so you can keep notes this time cause “too many nice things were said”. Take out your phone and start typing on One Note.

🍋 Tell them that everything was so interesting that you will write it all in an email and send it to them for approval before you share with relevant team. Write a loooooong email. And end by saying you hope you included everything they said.

🍋 Tell them straightforward that being more concise might help with productivity.

NOTE: all three may trigger something nasty in them. However, at the end of the day, you want to do your job and help them by delivering the most.

So, in essence, you are asking them to help you to help them.

Good day, everyone!

🍋 Look for your passion, but be realistic about what it can do for you.

🍋 For some their passion can be the ultimate goal, for others it can be a companion to a journey - in business and in life.

🍋 Allow frustration and disappointment to become allies rather than pain points- develop critical thinking to control their effects.

🍋 Develop a realistic sense of hope when it comes to living your life based on wants and desires.

🍋 Train yourself in resilience and the idea of antifragility if you decide to invest time and money in your passion.

And most importantly: find a support system to handle those crappy moments and share the lovely ones.

SIDE NOTE : what do you imagine a corporate leader and the HR department would reply to your question “should I follow my passion?”

And what would a seasoned business owner tell you as a response to the same question…

Theory is truly far from reality on this one.

“Your LinkedIn profile confuses me- can’t tell what you do in a glance” was the comment of a LinkedIn expert who is great at his job, but not for me.

🍋I want to present myself as I want, not as others expect me to.
🍋I want to connect with people who will get me, not those who will think of me as someone different.
🍋I want to chat with people who will take the time to check out how I operate and approach me and my work from the right angle.
🍋I want to showcase my work in a way that satisfies my values. Is this too much to ask?

So what if I don’t attract as many clients as I could possibly attract?

👉🏼At least I will be working with people who care about their leadership style, who like discipline, who like extraordinary, who appreciate randomness and resilience and most importantly:

THEY CAN BE HONEST AND TRUE TO THEMSELVES be they leaders, gifted entrepreneurs, mafia managers, dodgy business owners, or untamed shrews- as long as they approach coaching with integrity.

And, yeah! You can see me in a suit, and you can see me being the female version of Tim Allen, the handyman 👨‍🔧Never stop improving…

This post is to celebrate the new beginnings of my company Coaching Evolution International!

The company has been around since 2009 under a different name (my first clients remember it as "Career & Life Coaching Centre". The brand image was a tree from a photo I had shot in Australia in 2009.

As my coaching evolved and I learnt a lot from business operations and networking thanks to Andreas G. Stefanidis, so did the brand. This is when I reached out to various designers. My team and I were thrilled when we stumbled upon Fay Zervou who came up with these amazing brand designs. I have loved them so much that they are still at the core of my branding! Fay, I am forever grateful for that late night inspiration you had!
