Morning vibes from the family farm. How can I not be inspired by this - especially after going MIA for a couple of months.

Life can be quite brutal at times. Still, the sun rises even in darkness and you need to rise with it to keep going. So many more people have it harder than me. So, let's roll!

Three simple ways to make your boss stop babbling on☺️

🍋 Ask them to repeat what they said so you can keep notes this time cause “too many nice things were said”. Take out your phone and start typing on One Note.

🍋 Tell them that everything was so interesting that you will write it all in an email and send it to them for approval before you share with relevant team. Write a loooooong email. And end by saying you hope you included everything they said.

🍋 Tell them straightforward that being more concise might help with productivity.

NOTE: all three may trigger something nasty in them. However, at the end of the day, you want to do your job and help them by delivering the most.

So, in essence, you are asking them to help you to help them.

🍋 Look for your passion, but be realistic about what it can do for you.

🍋 For some their passion can be the ultimate goal, for others it can be a companion to a journey - in business and in life.

🍋 Allow frustration and disappointment to become allies rather than pain points- develop critical thinking to control their effects.

🍋 Develop a realistic sense of hope when it comes to living your life based on wants and desires.

🍋 Train yourself in resilience and the idea of antifragility if you decide to invest time and money in your passion.

And most importantly: find a support system to handle those crappy moments and share the lovely ones.

SIDE NOTE : what do you imagine a corporate leader and the HR department would reply to your question “should I follow my passion?”

And what would a seasoned business owner tell you as a response to the same question…

Theory is truly far from reality on this one.

The company has been around since 2009 under a different name (my first clients remember it as "Career & Life Coaching Centre". The brand image was a tree from a photo I had shot in Australia in 2009.

As my coaching evolved and I learnt a lot from business operations and networking thanks to Andreas G. Stefanidis, so did the brand. This is when I reached out to various designers. My team and I were thrilled when we stumbled upon Fay Zervou who came up with these amazing brand designs. I have loved them so much that they are still at the core of my branding! Fay, I am forever grateful for that late night inspiration you had!
