The scale stops moving and most men assume they've hit a wall.
They haven't. Their body just got efficient.
When you first start a calorie deficit, your body loses weight relatively quickly. But after a few weeks, it adapts. Metabolism slows slightly, you move a little less without realising it, and suddenly the number on the scale stops changing.
This isn't failure, it's totally normal.
The fix is usually one of three things β a small reduction in calories, an increase in daily movement, or simply giving it another week or two before touching anything.
Most men pull the plug too early. They assume something is wrong with them, when really they just needed to stay the course a little longer.
Your metabolism isn't broken. You just need to know what to adjust and when.
If you're not sure how to calculate any of this, shoot me a DM and I'll point you in the right direction.

Most men think eating out means falling off track.
It doesn't.
These three high street meals are high in protein, reasonable on calories, and actually worth eating.
π Nando's half chicken, long stem broccoli, mushy peas β simple, filling, and does the job without overthinking it.
π₯ Subway footlong teriyaki chicken, loaded with salad, light on sauce β endlessly customisable and genuinely one of the better fast food choices out there.
π Wagamama's spicy chicken ramen β chicken broth, noodles, bean sprouts, coriander. Tastes like a treat, eats like a solid meal.
Knowing what to order is half the battle.

Eating this won't set you back. If you know the trick.
Most men think enjoying sushi means blowing the diet. It doesn't. You just need to know where the calories actually hide.
It's not the fish. It's not even the rice, really. It's the crispy rolls, the tempura, the creamy sauces poured over the top. Strip those back and sushi becomes one of the easier meals to eat out and stay on track.
Go heavier on sashimi and simple rolls. Make protein the star. Treat the fried, sauced options as a small extra, not the whole order. That's the trick, and it works at almost any restaurant once you understand it.
Enjoy the meal. Keep the progress. You can have both.
