Hello everyone. Today I would like to talk about running exercise. Running is one of the easiest and healthiest exercises for everyone. It helps our body become stronger and keeps us healthy.
Many people like running because it does not need expensive equipment. We can run in the morning, in the evening, at the park, or near our house. Running helps improve our heart, lungs, and muscles. It also helps us reduce stress and feel relaxed.
When we run regularly, we have more energy and better health. Running can also help us sleep well and stay active every day. At first, running may feel difficult, but if we practice step by step, it will become easier and more enjoyable.
