Summer workshop of Qigong with Meditation.

Saturday 15th August
Qigong is an Ancient Eastern Art form. It promotes healing through mind & body development. Using gentle rhythmical movement ‘forms’ to encourage your Qi and imagination to flow. Entwining yourself within nature. This workshop also explores breath work, vibrational chanting & meditation; whilst building core strength, flexibility, balance, endurance & auto-immunity.

Spend time getting lost in movement, inviting your body to centre and expand, inviting your mind to get lost in a Qigong ‘bubble’ of ‘meditative magic’ and ending with a 20 – minute ‘led’ meditation. Lying down for some peaceful presence & re-balancing of your mind & soul.

This summer workshop, through the movement of qigong forms, embraces our more Yang ‘Summer Heart Fire’ Energy, where we then gently change ‘tack’ into the more Yin ‘Water Phase’ Energy to bring us to a flowing state of cool calmness, ready for a deeply relaxing and ‘emptying’ water-based meditation. We will break briefly for refreshments.
