A personal colour analysis does not need to begin when you place the first drape near the client’s face.
It can begin a few minutes earlier, with a meaningful conversation.
In ESR’s colour analysis materials, the interview is recommended precisely because it helps you understand the client’s expectations regarding colour, as well as her tastes, habits, make-up, accessories, hair, goals and motivations.
