I’m opening bookings today for the next block.

I’ve added two new classes at Grove Park (Monday at 12:30pm & Thursday at 2:10pm)

Full time table:
🔅Monday 12.30pm Grove Park- open level NEW
🔅Tuesday 9am Grove Park- open level
🔅Tuesday 10.50am Catford - Adults & Babies
🔅Tuesday 11.50am Catford - open level
🔅Thursday 2.10pm Grove Park - open level NEW

Hopefully one of these new sessions will be helpful for you! Of course, I’ll also be keeping the Tuesday sessions as usual (see poster for times and locations & Abbotshall HLC )

If you would like to book twice a week, I’m offering a discount: £10 per session instead of £11. Payment is required for the full block in advance.

Please text me if you would like to book next block, and confirm which day(s), dates and time(s) you would like.

Please note: The Monday classes will start one week later, on 14th September, due to the grammar school test taking place that day. Therefore, there will be 6 Monday sessions instead of 7.

Summer 2026 block 1 is now open for booking!!!

If you are looking for a guided pilates, with focus on mobility, stretching and strengthening, based on the pilates principles (breathing, core control, alignment, body integration…) you are more than welcome to join my sessions.

Sessions are suitable for beginners and intermediates, prenatal and postnatal mums are welcome. Modifications given accordingly to each person, whenever necessary. Small props are provided (balls, blocks and bands).
