We are very passionate about caring for children and believe that every child should have access to a quality childcare provision within their local community. Recent research by Mather’s et al (2014), has also highlighted that a high-quality education often has an increase on children’s life chances. Over the years, we have learnt that the needs and interest of children and their families is a very important aspect of child development and practice.
At Destiny Helpers nursery, we believe that when children are nurtured and develop with a sense of belonging within the early stages of life, they are more likely to thrive within their development. In addition, Destiny Helpers Nursery aim to provide children with a safe and stimulating environment that will contribute to enhancing their developmental needs.
As a manager, I currently hold a Bachelor’s and Masters degree in Early Childhood Studies as well as level 2 and 3 in Children’s Care and Education. I have over 10 years’ experience of being within the early years’ sector working with children ranging from 1 month to 5 years as this has accorded me every necessary experience, skills and qualification required to meet the needs of babies and young children. Our small staff team also have the relevant experience and qualifications for the childcare sector.
Our passion and experience within this field enables us to drive the quality of service we provide for children and their families.
