Sorry for the delay but with the mercury retrograde things been bit confusing!So a new 11 year cycle begins- next 14 November a 10 year cycle of learning saunters in. At least 10 years where learn how to support ideally not only our species, however mayhaps do training in health areas of our species!
For those overwhelmed please note a new way I have devised for activity!
25 hours onerous a week-ideally according your strengths
10 hours education a week
and maximum 20 hours volunteering in 7 day week(this one tricky and helps with self care)

Maximum 30 week holiday a year
