The planning, the worry, the advocacy and helping children find their own voice. ❤️

I’m joined by mums Ailsa and Jen for an honest conversation about navigating childhood allergies from diagnosis and birthday parties to school, eating out and those constant “what if?” moments.

We talk about allergy treatment, immunotherapy and watching our children grow into confident young people who can increasingly understand and advocate for themselves.
