Pupils who read for 30 minutes a day expose themselves to over 2 million words a year!📚 Neuroscientists found that reading between 15-30 minutes daily supports your brain health for a lifetime 🧠 Why not start a reading habit over summer🌤

With the final GCSE & A-level exams coming to an end, we just wanted to give you a gentle reminder to make sure you take care of yourself and get enough sleep😴

1. 💡After the exam, don't count up your marks or discuss answers! You'll demotivate yourself for future exams. You have to forget about it completely and move onto the next exam.
2. 💡Have a nice meal and relax for a bit before jumping into studying. You need to recharge or you won't be able to study as effectively anyway!
3. 💡Make sure your stationary is fully stocked out, replace those pens and make sure you have at least two of each piece of equipment!
4. 💡Hide the revision notes of past exams, keep them out of sight or you will be tempted to check them.
5. 💡Remind yourself that you are one step closer to finishing the exam season and enjoying a well deserved break ⛱
