We left the centre at 11.30am and got the 135 bus to Canary Wharf station and walked to the crazy golf course. It was easy to get there because we were walking straight there from the bus stop. There were no signs to say where the crazy golf is and it would have been hard to find on our own without staff there.
When we got there the staff were really nice and there was a man and a woman who talked to us nicely. They gave us the putter and a ball. The man took our putters when we finished in a friendly way and he was very polite.
It was free to play the crazy golf and we learnt how to play. You have to hit the golf ball with the putter into the hole. You start on the black square and you try to put the ball into the hole in as few hits as you can. There was a different obstacle on each hole, which we had to try and miss. The more obstacles there were the harder it was but made it more fun. We wrote our scores onto the scorecard as we played. The person with the lowest score wins.
There were nine holes on the course and it was fun to play because you could play with other people and you had to hit the ball with the gold club so many times. We enjoyed it became it was something some of us had never tried before. But, some of us found the holes really hard to play. It was getting. More difficult as you went to each hole and some of us had to hit the ball many times to get it to go into the hole.
You could spend 30mins playing crazy golf and we think that children would love to play this with their parents and family and friends. Adults would enjoy playing this too and people who play golf would enjoy it as it was fun. Most of us would go back there again to play because it was fun and the course is very colourful and nice.
