What does an inspirational teacher look like? ๐
Paul Mubiru teaches young children at Little Angels Nursery And Day Care School in Uganda. In his very first year with the School Enterprise Challenge, he created a classroom where students could think freely, ask real questions, and learn by doing.
His students built a bottle bank. They learned how money works. They generated $148 in profit. And Paul went on to become an ambassador โ connecting his school with others and developing his own skills along the way.
He won our Inspirational Teacher Award because he showed what's possible when a teacher truly backs their students.
Students don't just learn about business. They build one. And teachers grow too.

โจ Partner Spotlight: Akanksha Foundation, India ๐ฎ๐ณ
Weโre proud to partner with Akanksha Foundation again in 2026. Last year, we supported 6 schools across Pune and Mumbai, India, to launch student-led businesses through the School Enterprise Challenge.
Students brought brilliant ideas to life - from homemade chips and candles to hair accessories, nutritious meals, recipe books, and recycled handicrafts, with thoughtful touches like well-designed packaging.
The students showed fantastic initiative, creativity, and teamwork, taking on customer feedback and testing their ideas through trial showcases - with some teams even selling out! ๐
We were so inspired by their progress and canโt wait to see what they do in 2026 as we take the programme to even more schools in the Akanksha network!
