Roots & Rhythms Picnic!
This is more than just a picnic — it’s a space for our children to celebrate and connect with their culture through shared stories, music, games, and creative activities rooted in African and Caribbean heritage.
Our aim is to build a strong sense of identity and pride in our children, while giving parents the chance to connect, share ideas, and support one another on this unique home education journey.
Expect:
Culturally themed games and stories
A chance to wear traditional attire (optional but encouraged!)
Lively conversation and support among like-minded families
A relaxed, joyful atmosphere for everyone to feel at home

* 11+ Science Sessions start on Tuesday 5th November! * In this biology session learn all about the heart in this hands on lesson. The children will be dissecting a heart to explore the different parts and get a better understanding of how it works! Our 11+ classes will be starting next week! At Poplar Union E146TL. Including our Girl Talk sessions which will focus on friendship making, building confidence and self esteem as well as discussing appropriate topics related to young womanhood. We need a minimum of 6 children per session for these classes to go ahead so if your thinking of booking please do so asap.
