When did birdwatching become cool?🤔
🐦⬛Once seen as old-fashioned, it is now booming among young people in Britain, with regular birdwatching reportedly up 1,088% among 16- to 29-year-olds.
Post-pandemic walks helped, but so did apps like Merlin Bird ID: hear a bird, record the sound, identify it.
And yes, I have it on my phone. Do you?😁
