🎓 Congratulations to our Class of 2026! 🎉💚

This week we celebrated our amazing school leavers and all they have achieved during their time with us.

We are incredibly proud of each and every one of you. Watching you grow, learn and make lasting friendships has been a privilege. Although we will miss you all so much, we know you are ready for your next exciting adventure at school.

💙 Father’s Day Sports Day 2026 💙

We had such a fantastic afternoon last Friday celebrating Father’s Day with our wonderful children, dads and families!

From tug of war and sack races to cheering each other on and enjoying a delicious picnic together, the day was filled with laughter, teamwork and unforgettable memories.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the day so special. We loved celebrating with you all and can’t wait for next year’s Sports Day! 🏅☀️💙

Today, our children enjoyed a very special visit to Oatleigh Care Home. ❤️

The children had a wonderful time reading stories, playing games, sharing smiles and building new friendships with the residents. It was lovely to see their confidence, kindness and curiosity shine throughout the visit.

Experiences like these help children develop empathy, communication skills and an understanding of the world around them, while bringing joy to everyone involved.

We are incredibly proud of how well the children represented Apex Kids and would like to thank the residents and staff at Oatleigh Care Home for making us feel so welcome. We can’t wait for our next visit! 😊

Our New Decking Area – Xplorers Room

We are excited to share our newly developed decking area for our Xplorers children!

This wonderful space allows children to freely move between the indoor and outdoor environment throughout the day, supporting independence, active learning, creativity and wellbeing.

The decking area provides children with even more opportunities to engage in construction, sensory play, water play, small world activities and child-led learning in the fresh air. By extending our learning environment outdoors, children can choose where and how they would like to play, explore and learn.

We are looking forward to seeing the many adventures, discoveries and learning opportunities this new space will bring.

🍽️ What we’re eating today – Friday

Today our children enjoyed a delicious, freshly prepared meal:

🐟 Fish and mixed vegetables in a creamy watercress sauce, served with sweet potatoes and peas
🌱 Vegetarian option: Haricot beans with mixed vegetables in a creamy watercress sauce, served with sweet potatoes and peas

At Apex Kids, we provide balanced, nutritious meals every day to support children’s growth, development and wellbeing.

We encourage children to explore new foods at their own pace, making mealtimes a positive and social experience.
