A fabulous way of celebrating all your belts and an impressive craft projects from one of the Black Belts. This contains so many memories! An incredible journey.

There was a final GOLD 🥇🥇 for Mr Le and Ms Lucky in the black belt team patterns event, their third member was sick but they found an experienced competitor to fill the place on the day and were rewarded.

Very proud of everyone who went to the South East Championships today. Always so easy to not put yourself our there especially with the club closing so soon.

Seniors doing some pad work on Thursday, working on reactions, this came after some paired cardio work. Class again this morning for all.

Just catching up from last weekend. Congratulations Mr Le won silver 🥈in men's BB 4th Dan + patterns at the Welsh Championships and Damir winning bronze in boys red belt middleweight tag team team sparring 🥉(picture possibly to come later!) Well done to all who competed representing Wapping! 🥋
