ENHANCE is a very powerful programme but it requires patience, perseverance and purpose.

To help ensure that all participants stick to their training programme and complete the inner work that is needed, the accompanying online course provides valuable information and motivation.

One of the modules explains why our emotions sometimes stop us from accomplishing our goals and achieving more in life. These same emotions can also threaten ENHANCE training commitments.

We learn how the human part of our brain (cerebral cortex) can control the more primitive animal part (amygdala) that is responsible for our emotions that are not always acting in our best interest.
