Being two years old means lots of very strong feelings 😤 that they don’t yet fully understand or know how to control, and when they take a shine to something such as a special item or a toy, then they see this as an extension of themselves and so to be asked to then “share” this special item can cause much hurt and upset, and for the parent it can be frustrating and embarrassing to see your child not behaving as you’d expect them to. But don’t worry, it’s completely normal and all part of learning, with lots of praise and patience they will get there 😇

And don’t ever worry about your child acting this way in class, we get it, and every parent has been or will be there one day, especially me, I’ve seen it ALL!xx

👶 Discovery Tots (from around 8 weeks to active crawling)
Designed especially for our youngest babies, these gentle, baby-led sessions include baby yoga, baby signing and sensory play.
Everything is carefully planned to support your baby's development while giving you precious time together in a relaxed, welcoming space where you can meet other local parents too.

💕 Baby Development CourseOur beautiful 6 week course is the perfect introduction for new parents and their little ones.
Together we'll explore baby massage, baby yoga, baby signing, sensory play, tummy time, calming techniques, songs, rhymes, bubbles and so much more!
You'll also receive a glossy workbook, massage oil and music to help you continue everything you've learned at home.

One of my favourite things about Tots Play is that it’s so much more than just a class to come and enjoy once a week.

From our yoga, signing, music and sensory with our Social and Discovery Tots to our full body massage and tummy time tips for our littlest babies, we provide a toolkit of techniques for you to easily replicate at home. So when you find yourself in the house and at a loss, there’s always something we’ve done that week that you can use to keep your little one entertained, and even better, help them develop and learn through play.

Pasta bracelets😁

A great and simple inexpensive activity to keep your toddlers busy at home! All you need are some pasta tubes and some ribbon or thread. Little ones will enjoy the challenge of getting the tubes onto the ribbon and making themselves (or you) their very own bracelet. You can use this idea to get creative with other objects and make your own versions of these too - post a pic or let me know what you come up with!

We know how exhausting and hard those early new-born days are, you're not alone Mumma!

Right now, the thought of coming to a class might feel overwhelming, and you might be wondering things like, what happens if your baby cries? Answer: it doesn’t matter, babies cry, we know that!

Or you may be worrying that they will probably just sleep through the whole thing, so what’s the point? Answer: At this early stage the class is as much about you as it is your baby, come along and chat with other mummies who are going through similar things to you, get advice and share your struggles, no one's here to judge, just support 💕

Our classes are completely baby led so if your baby needs feeding or changing then we encourage you to do whatever you need to make you and baby comfortable.
