Hi everyone
We are a local charity run preschool. Our children absolutely love playing with Mobilo. They literally would play with this every day if they could. Itβs so nice to see them have a passion for something that is not tech based and really supports their learning in so many different ways.
Anyway this is where you may be able to helpβ¦. Our once large box of Mobilo is becoming smaller and smaller and we are on the hunt for some more. It doesnβt need to be new.
So if anyone has some preloved Mobilo that your child has finally grown out of, could we offer it a new home?

Sports Day 2026 π
Well... we're pleased to report that the children had an amazing time, the weather behaved itself, and the parents discovered they are far more competitive than they originally claimed. π
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for a fantastic morning of running, jumping, cheering, laughing, and occasionally questioning our life choices halfway through an obstacle race! πββοΈπββοΈπ¨
The children were absolutely brilliant and showed great teamwork, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the day. We loved seeing so many families getting involved and creating wonderful memories together.
Thank you for supporting The Village Preschool and helping make events like this so special.

π§΅π Little Hands, Big Creativity ππ§΅
Our preschool children have been working together to create a stunning woven textile artwork for this year's Walthamstow Art Trail.
Using donated fabrics and natural curiosity, the children explored weaving techniques, colours, patterns and textures while developing fine motor skills, concentration and creativity.
Every strip of fabric tells part of the story, making this a truly collaborative piece created by our wonderful children.
Visit the Walthamstow Art Trail from 5thβ14th June and see creativity in action across our community.

𧡠Little Hands, Big Skills π§΅
Our children have been busy working on a large-scale weaving project, threading strips of fabric through a giant loom.
While this looks like fun (and it certainly is!), activities like this play an important role in children's development.
Weaving helps children develop:
β¨ Hand-eye coordination
β¨ Fine motor control
β¨ Finger strength
β¨ Concentration and focus
β¨ Problem-solving skills
β¨ Creativity and self-expression
These are all essential foundations for later skills such as writing, drawing, dressing independently and using tools safely.
Most importantly, the children are learning that with patience and perseverance they can create something amazing together.
At The Village Preschool E17, we believe some of the best learning happens when children are actively exploring, creating and collaborating.
