I attended a teacher training event in Cheshire to learn more about this learning style and am now offering my services to other parents and educators.

This scientifically proven learning style which is targeted for visual learners (right-brain dominant), and is designed specifically to fit the needs of pupils aged seven and over, who have special learning needs such as Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Dyspraxia, ADD, ADHD and Asperger’s Syndrome to mention a few specific learning difficulties. If the learner can draw and colour pictures (colouring pencils), they will be able to learn in a unique way which suits them best.

This revolutionary learning style will use class activities to reinforce learning and work on communication skills, for example participants may be paired up to work on an activity.

Gennaro, a personal tutor for pupils with special education needs, has put this style of learning to the test, using his experience in being a Teaching Assistant in a SEN school, Dyslexia Teacher Training, Languages (English, Italian and Spanish) and Business and Finance and he has had a lot of fantastic feedback. Many pupils and their parents have reported that their behaviour in the classroom at school has improved, along with their concentration, engagement and their ability to sit still for long periods of time. They have stated that Gennaro is a passionate and inspirational educator who has helped pupils in moving up sets in school.

Not only has Gennaro helped several youngsters, he has also been dedicated to helping his own son Stefano with this particular method of learning. Stefano was very dyslexic when he was at school and found it very hard to learn in the way that they wanted him to. They did not tailor to students with learning difficulties such as his, but with Gennaro’s patience and dedication, Stefano began to improve. He is now undertaking his second year at university reading Biological Sciences, due to his effort put into his studies along with his father’s help.

BENEFITS

The benefits to this approach to learning which succeeds where phonics doesn't for the above group include: helping to eradicate spelling problems, develops the self-esteem, builds self-confidence, enhances comprehension, improves independent reading, dramatically improve reading ability (eventually becoming totally literate in English language, literature and comprehension), dramatically improve memory skills, numerical skills (including addition, subtraction, multiplication and eventually becoming financially literate). Learning of the months of the year in order. Scientifically, this ‘holistic’ learning approach/style, it improves and develops learners' positive inner speech. In short, listening and behaviour is greatly improved/ developed.

Not only will this improve the education of pupils, but they will develop and improve organisational skills that can be applied to their everyday lives, at home, in education and in the workplace. This in turn will provide them with more opportunities.

Revolution Tuition

Do you have a child with dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, attention deficit disorder or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder?

Do they find learning at school/higher education difficult?

If this describes you or someone you know, then get in touch to find out more about a revolutionary approach to learning, now available in London.

Revolution Tuition has been changing lives since 2003 and is a solution to overcome these learning difficulties whilst unlocking ones true and full potential.

This way of learning has been tested at the University of Sheffield, and the results have proved that the progress made by students cannot be by chance, thus, this method of learning definitely overcomes the learning difficulties shown by the student.

Gennaro's eldest son, Stefano was a late developer and missed every single developmental stage; he attended a specialist group for delayed speech at the age of three and was diagnosed with dyspraxia and dyslexia at the age of five.

Stefano was nine years old when Gennaro had a meeting with the schools SENCO, who informed him that Stefano could not "absorb any more information" therefore had "reached his full potential". Stefano was on "School Action Plus" all through primary school. The school had failed him!

Gennaro immediately took action and began researching all about dyspraxia and dyslexia. This research took him to a company based in Cheshire, who had developed an innovative approach to learning, initially for dyslexics. He brought a home pack and worked through it with Stefano who started to spell words and began to remember spellings. Incredibly, his reading ability dramatically increased; It was remarkable to see Stefano's confidence soar.

Gennaro booked himself onto a two-day teacher training course that would lead to an ASET attainment. He returned to London where he taught the way of learning to other children and adults.

Gennaro is certified to teach this method of learning and holds a current and up to date enhanced DBS. He has taught 73 school aged children and over 24 adults over a period of twelve years. He has held training courses both in groups of six and on a one-to-one basis, with a 100% success rate.
