It’s well-researched that teacher agency leads to higher job satisfaction and more engaging educational experiences. And, teacher autonomy is linked to innovation and improved educational outcomes. Yet, the relentless focus on outcomes and standardisation often stifles this autonomy, to the detriment of the teaching profession.

At Rocket, we’ve seen firsthand that with trust and support, teachers truly thrive and feel empowered. They bring creativity, connection, passion, and active learning into their classrooms, transforming into lifelong learners committed to personal and professional growth. We cannot keep teaching today as we did yesterday!

Beyond teaching, we also take pride in creating beautifully curated spaces, not just for our children but also to inspire and uplift our teachers every day. Our carefully designed spaces foster collaboration, making every teacher proud and inspired to walk into our schools daily—something often overlooked in traditional school settings! We need to rethink the quality of trust, time and spaces we provide to teachers!
