An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Food Technician to join our vibrant Visual Arts faculty at The Norwood School!

We are looking for an individual who has a passion for food and interest in supporting students to develop their cooking skills. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and versatile. You will be required to work with teaching staff to support the learning of our students.

Y13 Public Services students recently went to Legacy, Croydon Youth Zone in Thornton Heath, to take part in their first session of wall-climbing!

They learnt how to harness and helmet up safely, how to tie single and double fire 8 knots and they are beginning to learn belay techniques.

They have 3 more sessions where we hope they will gain a distinction for their Unit 10 - Land-Based Outdoor and Adventurous Activities unit.
