Non verbal children support 🧩

There are so many things we can do to support non verbal children and here are only a few small tips. I would also suggest using some basic Makaton, now and next boards, pole bridging and teaching through the child’s interests. It’s amazing how much a child becomes inspired when you include things they love.

The children have been working hard to create some amazing lanterns and Eid cards for their friends!

Easter Baking 🐣
( I’m Greek so it’s a week later )

Easy Recipe:
2 cups of flour
1 cup of caster sugar
1/2 cup of icing sugar
Grated lemon zest

Bake in the over for 30 mins at 180’ or until golden.

Decorate how everything you choose 🐥

This week we are reading a book called ‘Sun Moon and Stars’ we have themed activities around the classroom including our space tray!
