Our heart always guides us to our higher purpose but we often can’t hear it because the heart chakra becomes blocked.

What is your soul purpose? Are you really living it?

I asked myself this question for years. It was like my spirit couldn't rest until I was doing soul-aligned work and felt like I was contributing.

What I know now after helping so many clients find their purpose is that there's a 5 step mind, body and spirit PROCESS and if anyone follows this process, they will find their purpose easily.

The 5 Ps To Purpose framework is presented here. If you follow these 5 steps, you will purpose, peace and prosperity.

1. Presence: manage the mind, quiet the inner critic and take action from the wisdom of your future self now.

2. Pick - choose a clear outcome which is in line with your big life vision. If you don't get clear on what you want, it's impossible to achieve it. Where do you want to be in 5 years?

3. Play - purpose is ALWAYS joyful for us to express. Engage the wisdom of the sacral chakra and make sure you find a playful and fun way to get there.

4. Process - clear money blocks and balance and align your body's chakra system so that you have the confidence and can easily FLOW forward.

5. Proceed: take the next soul-aligned step forward. No matter how big or small, just take the next step forward which comes from your inner guidance system.

Today is the last full moon of 2020. Full moons are the perfect time to get go of everything which doesn't serve us.

What will you let go of today?

RELEASE that which no longer serves you via a ritual and go into 2021 feeling lighter, brighter and free.
