Learning, creating… and bringing ideas to life ✨

I recently attended a mosaic workshop—and created the KraftGurus logo in an entirely new medium.

It reminded me of something important:
when we step into a workshop, we’re not just making art—we’re slowing down, learning deeply, and reconnecting with creativity.

That’s exactly the experience I want to create through KraftGurus.

And I’m so excited to share that our next Madhubani Painting workshop is on 22 June. It is an Paint and Sip collaboration with Bromley.

Madhubani is a beautiful Indian art form rooted in storytelling, symbolism, and nature—traditionally practised for generations and still alive today.

In this workshop, you’ll:

✨ Explore its cultural meaning and motifs
✨ Create your own artwork—no experience needed

What makes an artform stay alive?

Many art traditions around the world survive primarily through preservation. What fascinates me about Madhubani is that it survives through participation.

Artists continue to paint.
Communities continue to sing.
Stories continue to evolve.

This is one reason India is the world's oldest living civilisation.

Its artistic traditions are not merely displayed.

They are lived.
