My recent work is as a Business Transformation Specialist, expert in building sustainable profits. My success was due to working on 'The People Factor'. Investment in the most vital asset of all, always drove growth and wellbeing.

However, despite these huge successes for others, I carried the burden of Imposter Syndrome, formed in early childhood through to young adulthood in a life containing neglect, violence and trauma. I held this via guilt, shame, never, ever thinking I was good enough.

I was in therapy for decades, which did work wonders. BUT, I knew my past, I knew it should not have this hold over me. Then, I found coaching, and WOW. Coaching ignited the catalyst, completely changing my view to my future, wellbeing and success. Everything was the same, but, somehow different too.

So, like the old saying, 'I like the company so much, I bought it'? I tasted miracles, and trained to be a Coach. I am the pre-eminent Accredited Coach, (The Association for Professional Coaching) working with people and groups to ‘Slay the Imposter Monster’, across their personal, working lives and relationships.
