Getting to your first full plank press up is not easy but it’s not impossible!

You know what I always say: the full plank press up is an ADVANCED exercise. Rome wasn’t built in a day either so give it tiiiiiiime 😘

Consistency is key is as well. And I don’t mean train your butt off 7 days a week. But keep chipping away with small changes.

A good start to a stronger press up is my upper body strength course ELEVATE 💪

What is in this upper body strengthening course?

* This is a 6 week self paced online programme where you are doing 2 sessions a week of about 30 minutes long

* The course is focussed on improving your upper body strength by targeting the biceps, triceps, latissimus dorsi, trapezius, pectoral, spine and abdominal muscles

* It will help you improve your press ups (or get to your first one!), decrease back pain and improve your overall posture

* The course is accessed through an app you can download on your phone so you can access the course wherever you train

* The course can be done at home or at the gym, all you need is a heavier and a lighter pair of dumbbells

* Every workout has a video to show you how to perform the exercises

* You will also receive a progress tracker to follow along during the 6 weeks. No weighing or measuring your body involved!

We are so much stronger than we think!

Having strength or feeling strong are usually two different things and we want to have both.

It’s great if you can hold a plank but if it feels like you are holding up the world on two chopsticks, it’s not the best feeling in the world.

But don’t tell yourself you are weak!

Start with a positive and confident attitude on the exercise and that strength will build over time 💪

Ending the year with a bang 💥

It’s become a tradition for my bootcamp community to celebrate the last day of the year with a workout.

‘Old Year’s Day’ means New Years Eve day in my mother tongue and it’s the perfect day to get all your emotions from the past year out through exercise

For the last few months I have been ploughing away in the background to make my rebrand happen. From now on I am no longer MooiFit but my business is now:

SANNE VAN DER ENDE PERSONAL TRAINING

I have worked so hard on this successful venture that is is time to have my business name reflect that hard work.

My ethos is still the same though!

I am still your kind personal trainer who wants to create a non judgemental exercise space for all body types. No diet culture talk and focussing on the mental and physical health benefits of exercise.

Lots is coming in 2025 with more of my services available for the whole wide world!
