How I gained 5kg of muscle by training LESS
I focused on the things that actually matter.
If I wanted more muscle, it stood to reason that I needed to get stronger.
So how do I get stronger?
By focusing on slow but sure progressive overload.
If you are turning up & adding an extra rep EVERY week
Over the long run that adds up to big changes.
And the beauty of this?
This can all be done in just 2-3 workouts weekly.
More time recovering, so that YOU can get STRONGER where it counts 💪🏼

How to FEEL like you’re 18 again, in just a few weeks🔋
It mostly comes down to FOOD.
“You are what you eat” is a term that gets thrown around often…
But it really does hold a lot of truths.
I have used The Perpetual Power Protocol for years now (my way of doing things)
And the truth is… I honestly haven’t felt like I’ve been on a diet the ENTIRE time.
It’s super simple (which is what makes it so effective)
A MINIMUM of 2g per KG of bodyweight, of protein, per day.
Then only eating NATURAL non-processed carbohydrate sources, as much as possible.
My go-tos:
- Sweet potatoes
- Fruit
- Honey
- Rice
- Sourdough bread (in moderation)
All of these are amazing FUEL for an active body to run EFFICIENTLY.
Then it’s just a case of creating 3-5 meal combinations with these combined…
For example:
A protein of choice (100-200g)
A handful of carbs of choice (75-125g)
A healthy fat (10-30g)
Then just rinse & repeat 3-4 times throughout the day
*PLUS*
1 portion of WHATEVER the hell you like (around 500kcals worth)
Can be cake. Could be some pizza. Maybe a burger?
Once per day you can INDULGE in a controlled manner WHILE still making progress in your body goals.

I’ll keep this brief.
It’s scientifically proven that healthy hormone balance in men requires adequate protein, carbs & fat.
Therefore removing the KEY ingredient for training performance & your actual health….
Seems somewhat stupid, if you ask me.
IF you want to be a normal human being & be able to eat what you like (within reason) every single day, then Keto is not for you.
Instead you need a system that allows balance across the WHOLE SPECTRUM of food.
Because if losing weight DIDN’T feel like a diet, would it be pretty damn easy losing weight?
