Hello, I am Céline, a certified Life and Career coach.

I work with mums, both🇬🇧/🇫🇷speaking, that feel stuck in their jobs so they can make great career-related decisions and smash their goals. My role is to support you achieving your goal by providing:

- a 100% confidential space for self-exploration

- a time to explore a challenge or question you’ve got through conversation

- sessions in French and English

Being a career coach isn’t just what I do, it’s who I am. 💛

When I receive feedback like this, my heart fills with gratitude. It reminds me why I show up every single day: because every one of us deserves support, encouragement, and someone in their corner.

This is my why.

If you’re feeling stuck, lost, or just ready for your next chapter, I’d love to help.

📩 Send me a DM and let’s talk about where you want to go.

During my last workshop with the “You Didn’t Pause. You Pivoted.”, I asked a simple question:

“What skills have you developed since becoming a parent?”

At first, the room was quiet.
Then slowly, the answers came:

Time management.
Negotiation.
Resilience.
Leadership.
Adaptability.

What struck me most wasn’t the skills themselves, it was how quickly we forget to own them.

Motherhood doesn’t just change your life.
It reshapes how you think, decide, prioritise, and lead.

Yet so many women hesitate to put these skills on their CV or talk about them in interviews.

Why?

Because we’ve been taught they “don’t count.”

They do. They always have.

If you’re returning to work or considering your next step, start here:
👉 Write down everything you’ve learned in this chapter of your life
👉 Then ask yourself: How is this valuable in a professional context?

You might be surprised by the answer.

🎆 HAPPY NEW YEAR | BONNE ANNÉE 🤍

🇬🇧
Happy New Year 🤍

If you’re feeling the pressure to set big, crazy, life-changing goals this January — pause.

You don’t need unrealistic objectives to move forward.
You don’t need to have everything figured out right now.

Real change often starts small:
• one honest reflection
• one brave conversation
• one tiny step towards what you really want

Progress doesn’t have to be loud or fast to be meaningful.

This year doesn’t have to be about doing more.
It can be about choosing better — for you.

What’s one small intention you’re setting for yourself this year? 💬

🇫🇷

🌟 Mothers supporting mothers—that’s what the community is all about!

Today I had the privilege of leading a special Return to Work session with an incredible gang. It was a truly enriching experience, full of honest conversations and practical strategies for making the transition back to work feel empowering rather than overwhelming.

We explored how to:

✅ Make your CV stand out with clear, compelling SOAR stories

✅ Optimise your LinkedIn profile to attract the right opportunities

✅ Use ChatGPT and AI tools to make CV writing and job search tasks faster and easier

Most importantly, we connected as mothers supporting mothers—sharing not just advice but solidarity, encouragement, and a reminder that no one has to navigate this journey alone.

I was inspired by the brilliant, determined women I met today and can’t wait for the next event.

If you want to hear more CV tips, feel free to message me! 💬

✨ Here’s to the last post of 2024! ✨

This year has been truly special for me and my family. In April, we welcomed our second daughter, Sienna, into the world. Watching her grow and bonding with her big sister has been one of my greatest joys.

We’ve shared so many adventures together—laughter, love, and unforgettable moments. Seeing the beautiful connection between my daughters fills my heart with gratitude.

As we look toward 2025, I’m also reflecting on the incredible transformations I’ve witnessed with my coaching clients this year. Helping people achieve clarity, build confidence, and navigate their career journeys has been incredibly fulfilling. I’m excited for the opportunities ahead to continue supporting others in their professional growth and personal development.

Here’s to more adventures, more laughter, and more moments of growth in 2025! 🙏

Wishing everyone a joyful and fulfilling new year ahead! 🌟

I had the pleasure of working with Capucine over the course of 6 sessions. As a fellow mum, I felt especially grateful for the opportunity to connect and support her through our conversations.

Capucine approached her goals with openness, reflection, and a non-judgmental mindset, making our work together both productive and empowering. It was truly a collaborative and confidential space where she could gain clarity and take positive steps forward in her life.

If you’re looking for support or interested in exploring how coaching can help you, feel free to DM me.

✨ 6 months with this little love! ✨ Can’t believe how quickly she’s growing up!

This maternity leave has been amazing—filled with swimming lessons, sensory play, art exhibitions, and even trips to France, Turkey, and England.
So grateful for these special moments together. Of course, it’s been a mix of highs and lows…
Her sleep started out great, but now it’s a bit of a challenge, and naps are a whole new adventure!

This time around feels much easier than with my first, especially since that was right at the start of COVID. Back then, I was made redundant at 6 months pregnant and adjusting to life with a newborn in lockdown. Such a different journey this time.

I’m taking clients again so reach out if you’d like to chat about goals, strategies, and making your dreams a reality! 🌟💼
