Good news for Level 3 and Level 5 CIPD holders. If you hold a CIPD Foundation Level 3 or Level 5 Associate Certificate / diploma, we can consider credit transfer applications based on the following qualifications from this institution. If the professional qualification you studied was listed in a QCF or SCQF at the time you completed it, we will use the QCF or SCQF credit rating and your previous study level in place of those shown in the list of professional bodies.

You will have to provide an original transcript of your studies which shows the QCF or SCQF credit rating and level of each module/unit. This will allow you to continue to study NCLE Level 5 Associate and Level 7 Advanced. After that, you will additionally receive a free exam voucher and free membership for 6 months from NCLE.

For the first time in Egypt, a short course in human resource management offered by the National Center for Leadership and Entrepreneurship. Over the course of 8-weekly evening classes on the Human Resources Management course, you will learn to:

Understand the importance of human resources and their management within organisations
Become aware of alternative approaches to the management of people with an organisation
Appreciate the technical competencies (knowledge and techniques) in the control and management of human resources with due cognisance of legal requirements
Recognise the importance of good employee relations
Understand the job brief design (analysis, specification, description, recruitment) and selection methods. Upon completion of your short course, you receive an official Course Completion British Certificate from NCLE.
Class starting date: 1st June 2022.
Duration: 8 weeks.
Occurs every: Wednesday.
Time: 06:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
