There is an increase in patients suffering from enamel wear and tooth surface loss. There are many new contemporary options to treat these patients with a 3 Step -step by step and Additive approach. This lecture will feature these new contemporary and restorative approaches and treatment strategies to help these patients with tooth wear from a minimal invasive to more comprehensive treatments.
Treatment planning is essential when planning and preparing these cases next to the natural dentition. It will highlight the use of the digital work flow from scanning to wax ups to mock up for the patients and how to plan the increase in the vertical dimension. The restorative techniques like composite bondings, Porcelain and Zirconia onlays and inlays and palatal and buccal Veneers will be discussed. Use of zirconia for crowns, onlays and inlays and cementation and bonding techniques for # Zirconia.
