Being more creative is practicable.
Expose yourself to different perspectives.
Not just expose, but emerge, leave your perspective behind for a while, really understand the new perspective.
Once created understanding, approach your system from the new point of view.
You will see more options and solutions.

Learning a new skill starts with exploring.
Weirdly, we skip this stage by hiring someone who already explored for us and has the skill knowledge already.
Make sure this person allows you to explore.

Exploring allows us to change and learn, however to much stress or fear will stop us exploring, create a safe base and start from there.

Being creative is a like a muscle. We have to practise it.

Our brain and nervous system allows us to adapt to the world.
Practise this otherwise we loose our brain!
Learn something new daily :)

Transformation
As coaches we are constantly developing how we can teach someone a new skill, learning a new lift or learning a muscle up.
We experience, we learn, understand and developed system and methods to teach people to learn this new skill.
But let's go a bit deeper here.
- How do we teach someone to be fit?
- How do we learn to play a discipline with multiple skills like basketball?
- How do we learn to play an instrument?
- Or how do get to be a CEO of a company?
Once we understand this process, teach your clients it every time they learn something new. Not only do you give them a physical skill but also lifetime of tools.

Movement seems to be the new things in the fitness world. Does it mean I have to dance why clients? What about Yoga and Pilates, they talk about movement. We see people perform crazy skills on Instagram is that what I should study?
We get lost in the huge amount of data and information available on the net and procrastinating starts.
You are right, studying these disciplines are a great way to prepare you to teach more movement. But let's start at the beginning.
You already know more then you think. Studying movement as a perspective instead of a discipline will help you to start integrating these ideas into your training for your clients. And broaden your view to allow more tools you have to work with your clients to allow them to grow and develop. you can be as creative as you want to be.

Mover type
As a coach, understanding what type of mover your client is will have a huge impact on your programming, your approach and understanding of why someone progresses or regresses in their training.
This is a huge subject, but here are some of my experience I would like to share with you.
2 types I found.
Protective mover
Allowing mover
The brain and central nervous system are the main drivers of these types. It will identify what the state of that system.
Protective mover:
The brain will protect the body against trauma, you can see this by the body not allowing movement as its perceived it as dangerous. Usually happens when the body has been exposed to a lot of trauma, think of having muscle pain for a week. Or having constant stress from work.
Allowing mover:
The brain allows the body a variety of possibilities to move in. The range of motions is high in the joints and the mover is able to produce force in compressed and difficult positions. Although the brain is not aware of some of the dangers, these types are prone to injury.
Once identified the type you can decide if you need to put your client thought a beast session or softer session.

Brain fatigue
Have a conversation with your client before you start the session.
Ask them about their day. Was it a complex day, solving a lot of difficult problems or did they work on autopilot?
Instead of giving them a difficult movement task or learning a news skill, they probably need low neural load.
Think of:
1 Choose movement they already can preform.
2 Allow space for the brain to wonder and its ok if they don't perfrom it perfectly.
3 Give clear and simple instructions.
So that they can let their brain process what happened that day.
This is where basics comes in.
