How would you like to help us encourage children to stay active and focused during the school holidays, whilst also facilitating some Arts & Crafts and other fun STEM activities?

Follow the Rainbow is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and positive person to join the team as a camp assistant starting February half term!

We are looking for someone who has experience of working with children (preferably with children aged 4 and 5 and with Level 3 NVQ qualifications) and a sound knowledge and relevant training for Safeguarding Children and Child Protection. Excellent communication skills, a caring nature and a passion for life are also a requirement!

The role will start on 12th and end on 16th February in Paddington, from 9.00AM to 3.30PM with a pay of £100 per day.

Nothing like a child’s smile to brighten up your day! This was a snapshot from our last day at camp completing the Obstacle Yoga course, full of yoga, breathing and mindfulness challenges.

Last week at Rainbow camp was an absolute blast. We learnt all about rainforests and how rich they are in biodiversity and what a crucial role they play in us being able to live here on Planet Earth.

Life can throw all sorts of curveballs in a lifetime or sometimes even in a day. That’s why at Follow the Rainbow, we believe in flexibility, both physically and mentally. This could be through teaching a child a king cobra (like in this picture) or teaching them how to manage their changing emotions. It’s hard, even for adults! But it’s possible and getting a head start as a child can only make it easier…!

Follow the Rainbow is also all about inclusivity and making yoga and mindfulness accessible to as many children, families and schools as possible. In fact, we have some new spots in the Autumn Term, so if you think your child or your child’s school could benefit from Kids Yoga & Mindfulness, then send me a DM and a free trial will be made available to your child’s school with a view of Follow the Rainbow running its Kids Yoga & Mindfulness programs!
